Hi Chris,
Which exact folder are you trying to move ? If it is a shell folder like My
Documents then you can right-drag it to the new location and click on "move"
once you are prompted to. If it is any other folder please let me know.

I want to move an application that I installed on drive C and move it to
drive D. I'd prefer not having to uninstall and reinstall since I'll lose
my preferences I've setup.
