Default location of "My Documents"

C:\Documents and Settings\USER.HERE\
and
C:\Documents and Settings\
and
C:\Documents and Settings\USER.HERE\Application Data
I use Drive image and often re-install image of C: drive, and often new application settings, which
i installed are lost.
My Q. is how to change that location? I changed Favorites My Documents path to other partition, but
"C:\Documents and Settings\MrNaughty" cannot be changed.
