I have the same problem where nothing happens when i=20
click the Effects button.. Im pretty sure its because of=20
the program "Desktop Architect"... Its made for Windows=20
9x and i didnt know that until i started looking at the=20
windows themes.. I was trying to get new desktop color=20
scheme's and figured this might help.. but nope!
