i came home from school and logged into my account, and
the normal blue 3D windows xp was all looking very and
good, but then it flickered and went back to the old grey
windows 98 look and it won't let me load the 'luna.theme',
or in other words the windows xp theme. it says the
service application has not been started, and when i try
to start it, it says that i can't access the file and it
just WON'T LOAD.
PLEASE for the LOVE of EVERYTHING HELP ME
