I know i did it to myself, ( i thought it would be cool to point at a window
and have it focus on it, but now it's a menace). i've deleted all my tweak
programs except Tweak UI to stop overlapping settings. I set Tweak UI to NOT
allow mouse hoverbut when i restart windows it resets itself. does anyone
know how to stop this?
