Missing Icons and Files on my desktop !

Hi ;

This is the second time that my icons disappeared from my
desktop in past few days! and even some of my folders
which had some files, are empty too. what heppened for
them? i did not change any thing.

Even with search option , i can not find some of those
document. that is a seriouse issue, is there any virous
that can cause this problem, however i have installed
antivirous software?
