You don not need to you just use a cached logon instead.
This is enabled via your Domain administrators through the use of Group
Policy
(If is also enabled via the following registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\cachedlogonscount)

Mike, what i meant was the actual message prompt you get when no dc can be
seen. I want to eliminate the message basically indicating you are loggon on
with cached credentials.
