Auto-Complete

I'm exhausted trying to find a way to customize my XP to
auto-complete my most commonly used personal information
[First/Last Name, Address, City/State/Zip, Phone #s,
Email Address, etc.] and I wonder if XP is just too
primitive too do it. I don't understand why not? My
macintosh (running Jaguar) has absolutely no problem with
this... it sure saves me tons of typing (and typo
mistakes)!
