User Logons and program not working

I have XP-home and I have an account setup for my wife and
all my kids individually which all have adminstrator
privileges so they can access all programs on the
computer. Problem is all programs can be accessed except
for easy cd creator 5 plat. Only 1 of the other users can
use it and me.......Please help

You may have to reinstall this application once from each user account
and on top of the existing files.
