Does any one know how to turn off the feature in Windows
XP that automatically scrolls forwards a drop down list
box when you try to select the fifth item that is shown? I
have a situation where I am constantly having this problem
and I do not remember having this problem in windows 2000
so it must be a new feature in Windows XP. (PS this has
nothing to do with the scroll button on my mouse because
it does not have one.)

Thank you in advance,

Sincerely,

Right click the Start Button and select Properties/Customize button/Advanced
tab. Scroll down the options list there and remove the check mark from the
"Scroll Programs" option.
