I have managed to create some hard access icons to MSN
on my desktop. Right clicking does not allow delete. How
can I get rid of unwanted icons from desktop.

See if they are listed here, if so, delete them.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace
