Restricting applications.

I am setting up 3 Intranet pc's only for our Warehouse.
These pcs have to boot up into our intranet site and that
is to be the only application that the should be able to
use. I need a way of locking out the windows task bar or
restricting my users from acessing any other applications,
any help is appreciated. thanks
