Ok here I go again...
I have the same pic folder in either locations, and cannot delete either
one, initially created with ZoomBrowserEx:
- one copy of this folder is displayed directly on the desktop... 2003_04_16
- and another copy of this folder is displayed on C:\Document and
Setting\Marc\Desktop\2003_04_16
How do I delete these folders..they each have a sub folder with the same
name also, but no files..

It displays on the Desktop because its in the C:\Document and
Setting\Marc\Desktop folder. What's the error message that you get when you
try to delete it?

Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot delete Zb Thumbnail.info: It is being used by another person or
program.
Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot delete Zb Thumbnail.info: It is being used by another person or
program.
Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

Boot the computer in Safe Mode (see Help and Support) and then delete the
folder while the ZoomBrowser program isn't running.
