To create a user go to control-panel,account icon,set
up seperatly w/o setting a password,none will be created
The adm. accounts are usually the initial setting,the
limited needs activating.The recovery utility is avail-
able at microsoft.com/downloads,you need 3.5 discs,or
floppys,i've never activated that, because as it states
"recovery of windows w/o a cd drive",hence,3.5 discs or
the floppys.
