I have WIndows XP on several machines...and also have
Wacom tablets attached to my computers. I know the
Tablet PC is a separate operating system, but does
anyknow if MS had an applet/software that will allow me
to get pen functionality from my Wacom tablets?

I just receovbed the beta of OneNote...and would like to
try it out but without digital ink capabilities that I
could access with my Wacom tablet I'm not sure if the
software would be wholly useful to me. Thanks.

Skip

Go to the Wacom website and search for "Tablet PC" they have a bunch of new
drivers and information on Wacom tablets and pen enabled PC's.

Skip,
On your setup, any handwriting would be treated as drawing instead of INK (a
tablet feature). This means that you would be able to read your handwritten
notes but you wouldn't be able to search them as if they were text. I have
the preview of this program too. I use it on my desktop (equipped with a
wacom tablet so it's without INK support) and on my tablet pc (with INK
support). I find it very useful on both setups and enjoy using the program
frequently.
