In Win98 (if I remember right), an application window,
when clicked, didn't become active until the mouse button
was released. This was particularly useful when
drag&dropping files between partially overlapping explorer
windows.
Now in WinXP (and maybe others) I can't find any way to
make it work like that. It gets awfully frustrating to
have to resize and move those windows before drag&droping.
