How do I make my background change to different pictures
in a certain folder everytime I start up my pc?

Hehe... I know I'm gonna take some flak for saying this, but buy a Mac!
Jaguar (OS X 10.2) has this setting. You can also configure it to change
desktop pictures at a predetermined interval (I think as low as 30
seconds.... quite fun).
There's probably some shareware program to do this for the PC too.... but I
don't know where... :)
