I have two computers one tower and one compaq EVO NT 1020.
When I bought the laptop it was installed with Windows XP
home edition. My tower was erliar installed with Windows
2000 professional.
I bought Windows xp proffessinal upgrade.
I upgraded my tower and thougt it was best to do the same
with my laptop. That was a big misstake because now I
can't use it.
My product key is
GGPHC-4M3H8-K2H62-M73C2-WWD8V.
Must I buy a knew upgrade or can I go back to my old
without lose every data?

Birger;
First of all NEVER post your Product Key in a public area.
That is like giving $200 US to total strangers.

There is no downgrade path to go from Windows XP Pro to Home.
A clean Install (destroys all data) is required.

You could buy another Windows XP Pro and use the new Product Key:
