Dual Boot OS

Hello everyone, i have win XP as well as some serious
video trouble (OpenGL). As a solution to this, i have
chosen to install a dual boot system, win XP and win 98.

But, i dont know how.... So, if anyone would please tell
me how do i install boht OS??

I have winXp and Win98 Cds, please, a little detaili in
help.
