XP max logged in user

I am running XP Pro. and I the default maximum logged
users is 10. I need to increase this so my other machines
can log into the share drive data.
It can be displayed with ( net config server )
What is the location or command to increase max login.

You cannot increase the maximum number of connections.
If you require a real file server then you must move to a real server
operating system such as Windows Server 2003.
Windows XP Professional is not designed to operate as a permanent file
server and has a hardcoded 10 connections limit (Home Edition is limited to
5)

You have already been well answered, but I wanted to=20
emphasize that it is not 10 max logged in users, it is a=20
limit on simultaneous connections (which might all be=20
done with one user identity for example).

Curious. So what's the role of the registry key ..
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\lanmanserver\parameters\Users=some_number (DWORD)

lanmanserver is what you see in the services as the Server service.
It shares out MS Networking shares.
This value could be (I would have to look it up) the default value=20
for the maximum number of connections to a share, as you can=20
set on each share.

The restriction we were mentioning is, AFAIK, hardcoded into=20
the networking stack binaries.
