scrolling

just recently i have noticed that when I scroll down in a
window a noise comes through the speakers as if it needs
oil you can hear the slide bar going down the screen
which you could never hear before please help for any
info it does it in all windows applications not a huge
deal but annoying if anything

I dont believe there is a solution to that problem. I would guess its
because your processor gets up to 100% useage when scrolling and causes a
motherboard voltage change.
