I would like to assign a password to specific
folders/files on my drive for confidential information.
Can this be done? If so, how?

One does not do this directly, but rather if you are using=20
NTFS for the filesystem you grant permissions to the=20
accounts that should have access to the files/folders.
Any account that is not granted permissions, either directly=20
or through a group in which it is a member, will have no=20
access to those filesystem objects.
