Well, I dunno how to fix your problem, but just to point out, winXP doesnt
place My Docs in its dir.
Its placed under c:\Documents and settings\username\My Documents
My favs, outlook files and most personal stull is all put in the user's dir
in docs and settings.

I need serious help. My computer recently crashed so i
had to reinstall XP Pro. I installed it to another folder
than /Windows so my "my documents" folder wouldnīt be
erased. But now i canīt access my old "my documents"
folder because i chose to protect it when i made a
password for my account. I followed the guide about
Certificates and agents and stuff but i canīt get it to
work.
I got VERY important files in that folder, and i need
help NOW!
