Does anyone know of a command modifier to the restart
function, or a different function, that will cause
WindowsXP Home to restart w/o invoking the programs in
the startup folder and still end up in the normal mode
(i.e., not safe mode)? I seem to remember that holding
down the shift key did this in earlier versions of
Windows. It would be a great help if you're restarting
frequently like during a hard drive rebuild.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
