Cloning user settings

Is there an easy way to add a new user with virtually the
same settings as an existing user? For instance, I want
two different configurations for Outlook, one for home
and one for the office on a laptop. When I'm at home the
mail goes out on one server and at work it uses a
different server. I would assume that these different
settings would be applicable to the different user log
ons and everything else would be the same--desktop
layout, favorites, etc.

Is this the proper place to address this? Or, would the
Outlook forum be better?
