Problem with 811493 Security Update

Go into add/remove programs from your control panel.
Look for 811493. Remove and reboot.

A little research here would inform you.
The KB for this patch=20

tells that it is for security bulletin ms03-013
http://microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS03-013.asp=20
which in its technical details section explains the behavior=20
you are seeing, what to do about it (you have done one=20
option, uninstall), what is known to cause it, and what may=20
be your other resolution option (disable the conflicting=20
software) etc.
