I hate quick launch( req help)

alright i have no idea why but every time i restart my computer my the quick
launch toolbar is up and running again sucking my ram. #1 YES, i disabled it
in the start bar properties so dont assume that i am that much of a boob any
one else experienc this problem or have some advice i will listen

The Quick launch bar doesn't consume resources, The stuff over in your "Sys
tray" next to the clock does. If there is a lot of stuff running there and
you can't find them in the start menu - programs - startup folder, you'll
have to use regedit.exe and look in your RUN sections of your Local machine
\ software \ microsoft \ windows \ current version \ run : and in Current
user \ software \ microsoft \ windows \ current version \ run.

Most companies got smart to people looking at the start menu to shut off
their programs and stuck the start-ups in the registry instead.
