I was a happy admin when I first saw that users didn't have rights to create
files (except in their own homefolder) and install programs on our XP pro
pc's.
I work in the educational sector, and before XP we had some irritating
installations of Kazaa, Napster etc. I saw an end of that with the
implementation of XP.
But now I just found out, that ordinary users can create what they want -
They can't create a file on c:\, but they can create a folder and in that
folder they have full control.
Is it supposed to be like that, or is it at feature in Windows XP?
