viewing multiple windows simultaneously

I am using WIndows XP and Office XP, on a gateway laptop.
I want to have two word docs open at same time so that I
can drag and drop from one to the other. How can I set up
the windowsand want?

Hi Geoffrey,
In Microsoft Word, click on tools>options and on the View tab, check
"Windows in taskbar".
