Getting encrypted files

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if someone would know how to get files off
a cd that has been encrypted.

Situation:

I had my original server running windows 2000 (
preinstalled when purchased). The machine has died and my
new computer has XP running on it.

Problem:

I had copied my 128 bit encrypted files (128 bit microsoft
encryption) to a CD. Now when I try to access the files I
get the following error messages:

For Copying

Can not copy <File>: The parameter is incorrect

When Openning:

Can not open <File> file.
Make sure a disk is in the drive you specified.


This is a little urgent as my web site project is due and
I can not get the project of the CD.
