After using XP for a few months, I decided to create a
couple of new users. After adding an additional
administrator, my original Administrator "disappeared"
and now the only accounts I have left can't access
anything I've been using for months!! My entire
Microsoft Office is not part of the new user program
groups! It's terrible!

I tried to rename one of my new accounts "Administrator"
but is says it already exists although I can't get to it!

How can I get Administrator with all my programs and
files back? Please help!

Once any additional user accounts have been created, the
Administrator account will no longer be displayed on the Welcome
Screen. This is a default security feature that may, or may not, be
needed in your specific situation. By design, the only way to log
into the Administrator account of WinXP Home is to reboot into Safe
Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the Welcome
Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
