When i double click on a folder it runs a search instead
of opening it, you have to right click and select "open".
I have tried to solve this problem using the control panel
(under folder options), but the control panel claims that
folders have been set to "open" for default command. The
control panel also tells me that command bar is set
to "normal" instead of "classic", when in fact it shows
the classic. Control panel allows me to change other
things though, such as backgrounds etc..

Is the problem with my folders or the control panel?

How do I solve this problem?
