Help! I forgot my password

I am running Win XP Pro on my home computer (single
user). My wife recently changed our log-in password, but
at our latest re-boot, it isn't accepting it. So, I need
to know how to reset this password, or otherwise bypass it.

All the help articles on the Microsoft website talk about
logging in as Administrator or Limited Use. I don't see
these options when my computer boots up. My name is the
only log-in option.

How do I fix this?!?!?

Try CTL-ALT-DEL for administrator account. Hope you know the password.
