Strange files in my Windows folder

I have about 16 files in my windows folder that are
hidden that are named $NtUninstallQ"_6#'s_"$ and it says
it's a Spuninst folder. Are these normal folders to have
in my file or should i delete them?

These are normal and provide the ability to uninstall=20
patches or service packs.
If you delete them you loose this ability, and the first=20
time you click on the related offering in Add/Remove=20
Programs you will be lead through a process to clean=20
up Add/Remove.
However, if the above is OK with you then it is safe=20
to delete these files.
