to every site visited.It is not safe for my

This is a message popped up as an advertisement on some web sites. It is
designed to scare people and make you buy whatever product they are selling.
However, it is completely misleading. If the sites you are visiting did not
know your internet ip address, they would not be able to respond to you. A
lot like sending a letter to someone asking them to send you information,
but not putting a return address on the envelope.
