Users assigned to Users group are unable to login

Any new user I create and assign to the Users group
cannot login. If I assign them to the Administrators
group they can log in just fine. Any help?

what error do you see in the security event log?
what error does the user see?

If this is Pro version, have you been changing=20
things in Local Security Policy ?
Is your system using NTFS, and if so have you=20
been changing permissions ?
