Uninstall printer driver

First format a 3.5 floppy,move the download into it,
R.click my computer,properties,open device mgr.,R.click
the printer in the tree,properties,driver tab,write
down the driver now installed in,view driver,back out
to,update driver,with the floppy still installed,select
have disk,the program updates auto.You can also forget
what canon says and open the update,xp will install it
after a restart.Actually the program can get corrupted
if the device is running w/o a driver installed.
