On screen CAPS LOCK etc indicators

Hi all,

I have a wireless keyboard that runs on batteries. Because of this it has
none of the usual LED indicators. Is there a utility which can sit in the
system tray (or even float around on the desktop) that could show me the
status of caps lock, num lock and scroll lock?

Any help would be fantabulous.
