Installing under one XP profile but using under other profiles.

I have installed XP on my home pc and given only me admin rights to install
programs. I install my kids programs under my profile, but constantly get
errors when trying to run them under "their" profiles. Anyone know the
proper way to share these programs throughout the computer to profiles
without admin rights?

u can set polcies on the folders that that the program access.... iknow
there is an easier way but not sure how to do it.

as in say ICQ

go to the program files, find ICQ and give your kids accounts users right to
that folder etc.
