Hi,

Depends on which OS your using. For XP go to control
panel, select Add/Remove Programs. Look to your left of
screen and you will find 4 choices. Select "Set Program
Access Defaults". Select "Custom."

Go to OE/Tools/Internet Options/Security and uncheck Do not allow....
