Log into safe mode by pressing F8 while your computer
boots. In the username box type administrator and leave
the password blank (unless you specified an administrator
password when setting up your computer). Then go to
Start, control panel, User accounts and click on your
account name, change it from limited to administrator.
This gives you full rights on the computer. Restart your
computer and log in to your account. You should be able
to install your software now.
