Search Function - I hate it

I can't stand the Search client on XP. Is there an upgrade for this or are
there ways to improve its interface and capabilities?

To use the Classic Search function:
Click Start | Search | Change Preferences
Change Internet Search Behavior
Click "With Classic Internet Search" then click OK

I couldn't stand it either. I found a freebie called "Agent Ransack"
that I like much, much better.
