Hi Chuck,
I am experiencing exactly the same problem. It only
happens in guest profile. I contacted a support number
and they suggested that I download SP1 in Adminstrator
mode. But when I checked on my comp I already had this
service pack. If you get any info I would appreciate you
letting me know. Jackie
