irritating explorer quirk

how can i disable the single click expansion of folders in windows explorer
folder list?

i've just upgraded to xp, had a quick look around and couldn't find an
option to fix this. normally, i'd just put up with the inconvenience to make
myself figure it out, but this is more than i can take! (ha ha, only
serious)

Control Panel \ Folder Options\ General tab

it's on single click currently. it's not a quirk across the system, only in
the treeview in explorer.

regsvr32 /u zipfldr.dll. If not are you running a third
party zip program?
