Hello
when I go to Computer Management and click on Disk
Managment, I get a blank screen on the right side with
this at the bottom of it "Unable to connect to Logical
Disk Manager service" and of course I can not access my
partitions to change them. Other than that I can see the
partitions under "My Computer"

Hi,
Type SERVICES.MSC at Star>Run and scroll down the list and make sure that
the Logical Disk Manager service is running and set to Automatic startup.
You will get those kinds of error messages if the service has been disabled.
While you are there, also make sure that the Logical Disk Manager
Administrative Service is set to manual startup.
