Internet Explorer upgraded, now other users cannot open

I upgraded to Internet Explorer 6 in Windows XP home.
Now the other users cannot open IE. I'm sure there is a
simple fix, but I cannot see it.

You can try: Right click on IE icon on desktop, open security tab, make sure
that other users are listed, and if not, you can add. I hope this helps you.
