Is there an expansion pack or something that can be
downloaded so that if you go to a website that is in
japanese that it can be translated into english? I have
Windows XP for home.

Hi John,

Google offers a translate option for many of their listed sites/links.
Babelfish can handle the rest. http://www.babelfish.com/en/index.html
