Clock automatically changing

My pc was always on central time. I went to eastern time
for a month and changed the clock to EDT/EST. When I
returned, I changed back to CDT/CST. After about 4
hours, the pc reverts automatically to EDT/EST. This
happens daily as I change back to CDT and the pc later
reverts to EDT.
