change language from Italian to English

A friend of mine who lives in Italy just bought a PC in
Italy and it comes with the Italian version of Windows XP
Home. Does anyone know what he needs to do to convert it
to English?

Only the english version can be converted to other languages. And MS =
won't supply the files to individuals.
