resetting factory setting

opened up my favorites and then entered my radio. at
first i saw both text and grafics to available stations.
our kitten jumped up on key board and then the screen
went to just text with no station icons. can i restore
the oem setting, which looked nicer. i did try a restore
from a point 2 daya ago with no luck. thanks

Hi,

If you said that you want to reset to the OEM settings
then the best choice will be to take it to the
manufacturer or retailer from where you bought it and
then they can help u to reset it.
